Hello
My name is Lida and I am an MBA in HR, passout of 2015. I am looking forward for a career in hospitality industry. I have tried applying for the position of HR executive in nearby hotels of my home town, but I never got a positive response.
I would like to know that is there any additional courses related to it that I can do for adding plus point to my resume. Or any suggestions that you have for me to get a startup.
Thank you in advance.

Hello Lida....
Hope you are reading this mail in good health, Lida being an MBA ( HR ) you are trying to get employed as a HR Executive, and as you said you have applied in few hotels as you wish to be apart of hospitality industry, how many interviews you faced in last 6 months ?, what were the reasons or replies after interviews from employers there?
It happens some times that we dont get jobs as per our expectations or expertise, but do not worry at any level Lida, keep trying to other industries also, you can also try in big hospitals, i guess here you may get a nice start up , and after being engaged in any job you will remove label of fresher after few months, while this keep sending C.V's to organisations, keep searching your dream job.
So in-spite of waiting perfect job in hotel industry you explore other options too and join other trade as HR profile ( any ladder ), as if this gap will get longer you have to answer more questions to employers why you are not hired till date.
If you feel comfortable send your C.V on our e mail, may be we can help you out .
Best Wishes...
