This is my first post and hope you guys will provide your quick feedback..
I work in a PSU Bank as Assistant Manager HR, so work timings are hectic from Monday to Saturday.However, we do have monthly staff meetings in the board room..so its kind of formal event. So please suggest me some employee engagement activities that can be involved in that meeting and are time efficient or management games if any.The purpose of adding such activities is employee engagement.

Employee engagement programs are designed targeted to a definite goal. This spans across the employee life cycle. It may include smaller events which contributes to the achievement of a larger goal.
Please share what is the biggest concern among the employees. It would be pertinent to work on relevant areas initially and then spread out to the generic ones such as fun and Philanthropy.
Planning for an educational partnership would be effective if building employability remains a motivator to the employee. Banks and financial sector is susceptible to volatility of the share market. Additionally, there is a constant pressure to manage scale and growth. What is the organizational goal for the next few quarters ? Identify the areas which are sensitive to the employee's performance. Your program needs to remain aligned to that.
