Hello All,
I am a Master's student and as part of my course I am currently doing a dissertation on Change Management and HR implications. For my data collection I am looking for a questionnaire or some information to develop a questionnaire. I need questionnaire/info looking at HR implications on the process of change and the role of HR in the overall process of managing change!
Any info will be highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Dear Sagar,
Where are you studying in Manchester? What course are you on and in what mode?
Usually, the universities in the UK subscribe to journals from the Emerald Group Publishing and also to other data banks. The best way to approach this task is to conduct a literature survey to see what others have done, how and why that way. I am sure that you will have attended a course on Research methods/methodology and, hence, i will not cover that.
Kindly clearly state the aim and objectives of your study and any hypotheses that you have set to prove.
Have a nice day.
