Can performance appraisal be done department specific? Is there any IT employee based performance appraisal form? Thanks.

Dear Nbn-Minds-Hr,
Irrespective of the type of department or the employees working in that company, it is advisable to keep the Performance Appraisal form the same across the organisation. Standardisation is a central cohesive source of support and stability to the organisation and it has to be fostered more and more.
After bringing the uniformity in the process of the Performance Appraisal (PA), the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be designed for each department. Based on the KPIs, Key Result Areas (KRAs) can be designed as per the designations.
