Please see my posts on Research methodology and also on Questionnaire design, at CiteHr. Also, conduct a literature survey to understand what others have doen in that field, how and why that way. Then adapt one of the questionnaires that others have used or design one on your own depending upon your aim and objectives.
Have a nice day.

Dear Rupa
I hope you have read my post above yours. You have chosen the right name for the ID and "Think". Where are doing your PhD? Have you not got a tutor guide? What are the aim of your research and its objectives? What do you mean by "send me the assumptions and the research methodology questionnaire on talent mangement"? Talent Management is a fast field.led to 330,000 hits. Hence, without narrowing it down to some specific area, it will be an arduous task.
Have a nice day.
