Better, first you go through the rates of minimum wages fixed and notified by your State Govt for the employment in Hotel Industry, analyse its structural components, make a comparative study of wage levels in similar hotels in your region and then decide your own structure depending on the type and status of your hotel, the qualification, experience etc., expected of the employees required and the extent of supply of such labor in the local labor market.
