Dear Sonali
Firstly you got to understand that the compensation term of salary structure is defined as:- The hierarchy of job grades and pay ranges established within an organization. The salary structure may be expressed in terms of job grades, job-evaluation points or policy lines.
To determine job grades, many compensable factors are considered - and relevant experience is one of them BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE ONLY ONE.
What you are looking for is not salary structure but pay elements within a remuneration package. The following definition may be helpful:
Annual Basic = Monthly salary x 12 months
Annual Base Salary = Annual Basic + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS is guaranteed fixed bonus which some organization may provide. It's optional depending on the company's policy). If there is no AWS, Annual Basic = Annual Base.
Annual Total Cash = Sum of Annual Base + all variable cash (variable bonus, sales commission, incentives, LTI, etc. Any payout that is linked with performance and not guaranteed).
Annual Total Earnings = Sum of Annual Total Cash + all fixed cash allowances (housing allowance, meal allowance, transport allowance, etc).
Annual Total Remuneration = Sum of Annual Total Earnings + all benefits in-kind (insurance cover, provision of car, housing, club membership, etc).
Annual Total Employment Cost = Sum of Total Remuneration + contribution to the Central Provident Fund (CPF).
The benefits & perks are usually linked to job grades which means the higher your job in the organization, the more benefits & perks will be provided. Providing physical accommodation is very rare in Singapore except if you are an expatriate Top & Senior Management.
I have attached the Pay Package of a Network Operations Executive from the Leisure Industry for your reference. You would be able to see the breakdown of the pay components clearly from there.

Dear Sonali
Sorry but I do not have the numbers for you. But if you are talking about the offer coming from a Search company, I am very sure the hiring company would already have some structured pay, benefits & perks policy which you may enquire from you.
