Dear Seniors ,
let me introduce my self ,I have finished my MBA(HR) also having 2+ yrs experience in IT recruitment (domestic ) not , US reqts.
1. I 've just come to US (Massachusets) on a dependent viza .can you all suggest me how to apply for H1B - that too for management jobs and also let me know what would be the possibilites of the oppurtunities if i change from recruitments to other role .
2. Who will sponsering for H1 for management jobs.
3. Can u list out any consultancy names so that i can get in touch with them and know the process exactly .
4.Will H1B is only for software or any other field foe ex: Can hotel management people apply H1B?
5.Lastly without H1B can't i do any part time jobs also or any Masters.
Most important thing in my life is not to waste my most valuable and precious time , for this I need your guidence and valuable suggestions to go on in a right direction.

I am in a similar dilemma, I happen to be an MBA (IT) from SP Jain and have a work exp of about 5 yrs and my last role was of a project manager at bosch, bangalore.Currently I am in California on dependent visa and am looking for an opening ,but it seemes invain.

You can apply for H1B visa for management jobs. Try to contact some consulting companies who are interested to sponsor a visa for you.
Even you can try some jobs like Business Analyst / Project coordinator etc, or you can get trained in other technical side.'

Of course a employer, I mean a company (Inc / LLC).

Its pretty difficult because there is 1000 of companies are there in market. Search in Net or contact me directly
4.Will H1B is only for software or any other field foe ex: Can hotel management people apply H1B?
H1B is not only for Software, even a Agriculture or a Hotel Management people can apply. H1B is nothing but a specialty occupation.
5.Lastly without H1B can't i do any part time jobs also or any Masters.
You can do Masters, But to work here in US, you need a valid visa / OPT or a permanent reside ship etc. Otherwise its illegal.
