Mostly people doing Consultancy business having M.B.A H.R.,Equavlnt PG degree in H.R or having practical experience in H.R trade,or the persons doing H.R.Consultancy business they have employed skilled,H.R.Persons to run and organise their business as he/ she is not technically aeare of H.R prospects,subjects,areas,functions,various industrial lawas,sections etc.
Untill one is not well versed and qualified particularly in H.R. is not so muchh comfortable to start and run the business,i dont think he or you are very serious about this profession,some how he came to know that its high earning business but i am.sure he dont have hobby and zeal to stand as a H.R.Professional.
This profession needs proper educational,technical degrees with practical experience of samr
Suggest him to opt a profession he loves to do and feels comfortable doing same.
