Dont you take an exit interview? Would’nt you be interested in knowing the reason straight from the horse’s mouth, instead of guessing. Regards, Shikha

@perfect: Your query is the candidates leaving the job very frequently. From a candidate's perspective, I can tell you few points.
1) The work environment
2) The pressure to reach the target
Second point is the main. There should be certain stress relief/mgmt games conducted. The employees should not feel pressure. The consultancy I worked with, the work environment was too healthy. Every satuarday, in the office there was music...the work was not stopped. But music was on. It was one thing every1 liked. Moreover point system was there. There were 2 groups made & a competition between them so as who attains more by placing more & more candidates. & the winning group used to get an additional few bucks. But there was a rule that in the particular winning group, everyone need to have done atleast 1placment.
Strategies should be such that it motivates people to work. I hope I was a bit helpful for you.

overqualified, underpaid, not upto candidates' expectation.
possibly learning the trade and moving on.
your staff may learn on the job, apply for companies in which vacancies arise, get them and move on. maybe divide the roles and entrust them will larger responsibilities, having the overall control though.
this present genre - wants to grow faster, move faster and don't want to wait.
you aren't the only one facing problems though, which you will surely know. maybe your consultancy can take diverse assignments. the guys will stick them. maybe .... not sure.
you are the one handling the situation and are therefore the best judge.

hi, you are looking at short time duration of one year.
you know better dear - so tie down the guys for 2 years. tell them that you will help them with ideal placement at the end of 2 years. atleast you can hold them up for that time.
am I too optimistic or depressing you?

You should make a environment friendly and the conpensation should be good as per the current industry and you should implement some extra activites in your organisation such as some competitions, quizes, games, etc it will surely work.

Dear Perfect! (okay thats your username)
I think you need to ask "them", why they are leaving. Is it the work atmosphere, culture, pressure - or even quality of people who are working/ supervising them.
Reach out to them first.
No one joins a company (at least freshers ) with the view of quitting the job immediately. After all, their profile will bleed if there is no stability observed in any jobs.
