I am doing a full-time job. Apart from that, I'm doing a part-time job which is USA based. Both the company do not have TDS, PF & ESI. Both the company salary received in the same account. Now I got a job in a very big MNC. I already resigned to a part-time job before joining the MNC. Now after checking my bank statement if they ask me why you were for part-time what should I tell them? ( Here part-time job experience is completely irrelevant to my full-time past job & MNC job). What should I tell them if they caught me?

1. According to your policy I can't do both jobs at a single time. So I resigned. I agree I did a part-time job. But after getting the job from you I left that. (So it's no violation of your policy).
2. My brother send me some money from the USA every month to help me because he knows that my salary was too low.

If in case they find me what should I tell them? What is the solution? Can they blacklist me? ( I did a dual job at my previous but not doing it at your company)

Hi,

Earlier you were under dual employment now planning to join a MNC Company. Hopefully they will not worry about past dual employment but all the same if they come to know about the same they will make it clear to you they will not entertain dual employment after joining them. In case of any question you can provide any reason like brother supported you etc. But you yourself do not volunteer and disclose.

By the by you could have maintained two separate bank accounts so that there will not be any need for this question.
