Hi,
I was made a very tempting offer by "A" company and they wanted me to join within 15 days with they willing to buy out 1 month of my notice period even though my notice period with my existing employer was 3 months.
My existing company said that I would ned to serve atleast a months notice period and buy out the remaining 2 months for proper relieving
Since I did not want the offer to go out of my hand I joined my new employer while simultaneously working for my old employer (both my new and old employers were unaware about thus)till I completed 1 month notice period (I was able to do so only because the worklad at my old company was very less and I do not report to anyone locally in my office)
When I get my relieving letter the relieving date will be after my date of joining in my new company. Will the HR in my new company make a issue out of this? What options do I have to settle this amicably with my HR? The only intention behind me doing this is that I get a proper relieving from my old company while at the same time not letting the new offer go out of my hand since the industry I work for is a small industry
Pls advice

Dear Sender
Definitely, the new company HR will make it a issue that your relieving letter date is later to your date of joining and at that time, it is upto you to convince them.
I do not want to comment for working at 2 companies simultaneously
