Dear friends,
i have completed my mba in hr and also have degree of b.com and i want to become a lecturare in hr subject, but recently i am doing a job in a it company in hr department, so please guide me seniors what steps should i take for becoming a lecturare. Is any more study or professional course must or not?

Hi Sapna,
As you can first try for visiting faculty in some college then you can try for permanent teaching task. As you are from corporate world you can get work as a visiting faculty.
By the way if you can do PHD in your subject or BED , then also you can directly apply for universities.

Phd you can do from icfai, annamalai, aima, iim, xlri, isb.
Regarding bed you can go for teacher training program , or directly you can give exam of bed. Many institute are providing this facilities .

PhD is offcourse lengthy, generally it takes 4 years to complete, but it comes along with its prestige many people do it just to get the additional two alphabets before their name. I mean Dr._____________________
I think what Arif suggested before is quite appropriate, start by becoming a visiting faculty to any of the professional courses like, BMM/BMS/BBA/etc. If you're Bombay (Mumbai, sorry Thakarey Sahab) you search for college list and start applying, for professional courses what matters is professional work experience in corporates. I am sure that will help you in the loooooooooooooooooong run :-) If you multi-task, work/teach part-time (morning one or two session)/and probably you can also do your PhD. And yes, the moment you get a good guide, PhD becomes easy for you.
