hi all, I am currently working as Secretary and is not very happy with the type of this career. I want to explore myself in field of finance wherin i feel that i will we comfortable in profile like MIS preparations ans stuff like that. Your determination is the key thing. As a secretary you can take certification program on Personnel Management. If you an IT geek, why not take it headlong. the truth is that with Internet on ur desk you can study anything. on MIS just search "MIS+training+your country" you will a lot of clues.
