I have recently joined a firm in Retail Sector. Can anyone suggest me Employee engagement activities or Fun at work ideas for Employess those who are working at the Stores at different different locations. I t would be great if'll suggest me few things as i am new in this industry

Hi Mansi, you need not to be afraid because there is no such formality which you have to follow you can work with relax mind and dedication and when you have the 2 or 3 months experience you will feel like a member of that firm.

In retail stores mainly employees feel the pressure of
1) Long working hours
2) Standing in the workplace for 8 to 9 hours
So the Employee Engagement Programmes suggested are:-
1) Regular Weekly Meeting (About Companies Values and Vision ,This will bridge the communication gap which is must in the retail format)
2) Family Event Celebration (Like Visiting of Parents in their workplace)
3) Birthday Celebration ( You should announce the Birthday of your employees from Customer Service Desk so that every Team Member can know about particular employees birthday,)
3) Cultural Activities (Like Football , Carrom Etc)
