  • Example one worker always making a problem, in inside of the company not doing the work and chit chatting with others so, this kind of people what we can do? Shall we do immediate terminate?
  • ESI payment submission last date
  • PF Payment submission last date
  • PF administration charges?

dear for the first follow the standing orders for second and third it is better to do it on or before 15th even dead line is at 20th admin charges is around 1.6% all the best

Pls find below the answers.
1) Pls follow ur company's standing orders.
2) 21st of every month (Payment should be cleared on or before 21st so it is advisable to pay in bank by 16th - 18th itself to avoid damages)
3) 18th of every month (Payment should be cleared on or before 18th so it is advisable to pay in bank by 13th - 15th itself to avoid damages)
4) Pf Admin charges is 1.61% (admin-1.1%, EDLI - 0.5%, EDLI admin - 0.01%)
