Hi All,
I need some help, i hav recently joined an IT, Telecom and Media Research and Consulting firm and hav been asked to formulate the HR policies there, but it is somehow difficult since the performance measurement in such an industry is on the basis of productivity and not time being input.
Incase, I make a policy of inputting min. hours of work, it would be difficult to retain the staff, as they work the whole night in times of heavy work load which is 5-10 times a month and there is no overtime paid as such.
Since, the firm is new, they do not have any such fixed timings of work as well.
Can anyone pls help me in this regard...?????????
Thanks for your time...
