I need one help from you all. We have started an outsourcing wing and now we have to recruit resources who will be on our payrolls but will be working at client place(May be outside India).
Before proceeding i need one Service Level Agreement to proceed into details with client. The SLA should include all the risk factors as well like their health benefits, contingency factors etc.
Can anyone help me with this. I need it please help me
