I made a huge mistake, I was not interested to work, I was not going to the office, so the company marked me as absconding. Then they sent the FnF certificate to me.
Now am asking them my relieving letter. They are telling as per company policy they will not provide a relieving letter. I got an offer letter from another company I have only 5 days time to join, They are asking for a relieving letter. I really don’t know know what to do. I feel so tensed that will I lose my offer letter. Please reply.

Relieving letter or orders is a document indicating the formal exit from the position or job of an employee in the wake of a mutually agreed or automatic termination of his contract of employment.
Abscondence, on the contrary, is an unilateral act of virtually uninformed absence by the employee in utter breach of the terms of the contract of employment.
Therefore, there is no need to issue a relieving letter following the termination of his services on the ground of abscondence. The very order of termination is the proof of the absconder's service under the employer.
It is for any other prospective employer to decide the suitability of such candidate
with the available documents of that particular previous tenure such as orders of termination, statement of F&F etc.
