My brother working ofcontractor under central shipping . He was unmarried. he join April 2017. he died dec 2017 on duty. Her basic is 6000+12%DA.

Dear TMAITY, Please clarify your Statement "he died dec 2017 on duty." whether your deceased Employee was covered under ESI & EPF? MARITAL Status of Deceased Employee? you have not clarified about cause of Death? Natural Death or accidental Death?
