Dear Sir,
If he is covered under ESI and PF, he will definitely receive social security benefits from PF & ESI. You have to provide the FIR, Postmortem report, and Legal heir certificate of the deceased for processing PF & ESI claims. You must inform ESI immediately (within 24 hours) after the accidental death by submitting an Accident report. Please contact nearby ESI and PF authorities for their detailed requirements and eligibility.
