Dear Sir
If any employee has not turned duty i.e with out information its called ABSENT FROM DUTY. You can very much send official standard letter to their residence address with regd post with ack for creating the proof of delivery in case of legal and for record purpose. Initially you can express your opinion / insist him to join duty and no response from their side, you can send warning memo in that you should be specifically mentioned about the termination point and 3rd is the termination of contract for job

Dear All,
My situation is same. I have done the same work. Apart from that I am maintaining employee relationship, contact with labour contractor (just I have started to work upon that, so it will be really appreciable if I get some practical ideas regarding the same, I mean how to go ahead with them, the detail process of work with them) which I think come under IR. But still I want to do something more which will be helpful to gain better practical knowledge and better work experience which also will be useful for my future. Let me inform you that I am HR Generalist(I am only one in my department) working in construction company which is Pune based company and employee (on roll) strength is more than 60 as of now. In my company there are no one to guide me concerning my work. So it will be really appreciable if all of you put your valuable suggestion.
Sincerely,
Mimu143
