Description : 1. Updates the current headcount and compensation reporting system. 2. Prepares annual and periodical budgets for personnel operations and human resources activities. Prepares personnel forecasts to project employment needs. 3. Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. 4. Able to run salary and benefits survey and present recommendations 5. Able to run/ participate in running the job evaluation exercise 6. Studies, reviews and evaluates the existing benefit policies, and provide recommendations. 7. Analyze statistical data and reports to make available and develop recommendations for improvement of benefits and compensation process 8. Initiates a long-term project to evaluate the current job structure, updates job descriptions, and utilizes a suitable job evaluation methodology in order to establish salary structures and pay grades. 9. Able to present recommendations for improvements like linking the pay system with the performance appraisal

Qualifications : Our clients is a multinational leading Automotive Feeding company looking for a candidate with : 1. University Graduate with a Human Resources Diploma is an asset 2. Good knowledge of HAY job evaluation 4. Communication, Problem solving, and leadership skills 5. Learn / practice scientific job evaluation / salary systems like the HAY system.

Gender : Male

Experience : 3-5 Years.

Compensations : Salary range is 4500-5000 net
