We already have training staff with high salaries but require trainees. Actually, the location of our company is also an issue as it is a bit outward from the main city. We only hire full-time content writers. Since we are working with clients, we don't consider students pursuing courses. I tried to contact a few colleges, but they already have their placement cells and are not interested in our proposal.
