One of my friends resigned from his organisation on 15 April 2018 as per company policy of serving three months notice period.
His manager accepted his resignation and document on the email.
Now during his resignation period his manager started mentally harassing my friend and he does not allow him to take any leave during this period. My friend is leaving organisation because he is irritated by his manager behaviour and feel unhappy. He takes medical leaves during this days due to his health problem. But his manager puts HR case against him for taking medical leaves during these days. Now he is more stressed and feeling low.
I can't see my friend like this in situation, please suggest the best way to deal with this situation. As he already had a word with manager to relieve early by paying salary for remaining month but no response on that by manager. Manager is very rude. What suggestion and best possible way for my friend to deal with this situation and overcome with this. Seeking for your advise , it will be highly appreciated if respond early.
