Dear All,
When I look upon the calendar and see date as (date) it pinches me to remind that today is my last working day with (concern Name), am not only carrying the learning but also good hearts which always supported me in all aspects.
I take this honor in expressing my heartful thanks to one & all, who encouraged me in all seasons and reasons... without them guns my bullet would not been triggered successfully today & ever.
Though we never count the number of days we live, but some moment which are captured in our heart and will never be trashed like the days which I had spent in (concern). What else would be my wish rather than to say keep in touch.
Regards

Dear Sachin,

One of my conterpart has written a wonderful letter as he bid adieu to his colleagues. It moved me a lot. I have modified that letter to the great extent and reproducing below for the benefit of the readers. Hope it will help you.

Dear Friends,

Good Morning!

At the outset I thank all my team-mates for the wonderful time I spent during my sojourn with you all in SWPL.

It has been Thirty seven years of enriching association with this magnificent institution called SWPL As I bid adieu to you, I would like to express my gratitude for your contribution to my learning and experience here. I have benefited from every interaction and learnt something new each day and I take back with me over 13500 days of enthralling memories. The fact that shop floor personnel are the largest contributor to the SWPL workforce fills me with pride on my special association with one and all

I have been fortunate enough to have worked for the most respected organizations in this society. As I move on, I’d like to reiterate on some important aspects of your life at SWPL:

Look at the other unprivileged in this community and Count your blessings - Please remember you are few of the really privileged ones to have got an opportunity to work here. Make full use of this blessed chance and work hard to create a strong foundation for your career ahead. Always look at what you given to this industry before lamenting about what you have not.

There is no free lunch in the world - The initial years is hectic, but it has provided you with requisite knowledge to prepare you for the paper industry.  Work hard, burn the midnight lamp; be honest to yourself and success will follow.

It is never the end of the road – Failures are just stepping stones to success. Hard work always leads to success; however you have to be patient. Remember a graph that rises suddenly, also can fall suddenly. A sustainable growth is one that is balanced and steady.

Leading the HR function for the organisation is not an easy job. During my tenure here I’ve had to, at times, take many uncomfortable decisions. In the process if I have to be firm in my dealing with you all and ruffled a few feathers or hurt many of you , please do not take it to heart. Though painful, these were very much needed for the larger good and benefit of the organization.

Though it is saddening to part ways with an organization like SWPL, I have taken this call consciously to spend my time peacefully in the days to come with my family. I will not be joining any organization . But, I would like to now use my experience and skills to help the new birds in the HR to cope with the new world of men management. I am only resigning from the rolls but not from my responsibility of nurturing young HR minds.

If I can be of any help to you kindly do not hesitae to write to me to the following mail ID:

.

Finally, it is not your aptitude but your attitude that determines your altitude in life”

Have fun and keep smiling.

Hi Dear

Try out this. May be that you are able to convey what you want.

Dear Friends/Colleagues/Mentors

On the eve of my last day with you all, I know not what to say and what not to say. Where to begin and Where to leave.

While working with you all, had a great opportunity to learn good many new and innovative functions, IN SHORT THE ASSOCIATION WAS QUITE SHORT, SWEET AND MEMORABLE.

One has to march on for the better future and I am no exception to this law of the nature.

The time ran faster than it could be understood and realized.

I thank you all for supporting me at the time of crisis.

No doubt parting is quite painful but in a pleasant note, it is quite memorable.

With this Note, I want to thank you all from the heart of heart for the taking me with you all and giving me an opportunity to learn from one and all. On this day am dedicating my success in accomplishing my task to you all. I seek pardon from those who got hurt during the course of discharging my duties and responsibilities.

I am always available over a call for any type of assistance and would feel honoured to be on such call.

Kind Regards

bye
