KRA’s:
1. Planning estimated transit time for cargo to reach its destination
2. Identify potential IATA Agents who can contribute in giving the business
3. Maintaining Personnel relation with the clients
Competencies & Skills required for the position:
1. Constantly analyze the changing market and its future impact
2. Good Personnel relation with IATA Agents
