Hello all,
My name is Moonia and I work in TCS as a system engineer and have around 4 years of work experience. I am 2009 passout and have done Btech in IT.
Actually I want to study mba from distance learning. Please guide me which correspondence course is the best. I am getting confused by suggestions in google. Actually I want to shift to HR job. Do you people think it would be feasible for me now ? Currently I am having a package of 4.6 . Does correspondence mba have value in market? I don\'t know anybody who has done mba in correspondence and has a decent job so need help from you all.
Waiting for a response.

It has value if you were in same field.
It will not give any value addition if you are planning to change from system engineer to HR.
If at all you get a job in HR after regular / distance MBA, you may not even get the current package. As you will be considered as a fresher. The past experience as system engineer will no way be useful in HR Profession.
If you have started your career as HR after UG, distance education MBA might be used for promotions or whatever..

If still you want to move into HR, Its better that you buy a management seat in a top B-Schools which are in Bangalore or any location that offer good packages on exit. You may have to invest as of now but you will earn the amount back in 2 years after getting job.
