You can provide-
Earn Leave(EL)
Casual Leave(CL)
Sick Leave (SL)
Compensatory Off (Comp-off)
Maternity Leave (ML) (As per-maternity benefit act)
#You can also implement a policy on- First & Third and Second & fourth Saturdays off (For Staff level).
