Currently, I am reviewing HR Policy in my company and we have flexible working hours and girls stay late till 8pm.
I want to know as per Law, what is the working hours for Girls (Day Shift). & can i keep a fix office timing for girls like from 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7PM.
Please advice & suggest.

Hello Ms.Begum,
According to Sec:66 of Factories Act-1948, No women should be allowed to work between 07:00 Pm and 06:00 Am if your organization cover under factories act then follow the same. Please check with Shops and Establishment Act if your organization falls in that category.
