Dear All, I was framed in a bogus Sexual Harassment case and as per the final verdict of the Internal Compliance Committee I was punished not to participate in any of the official gatherings and meetings for 6 months and transfer from Chennai to Bangalore (currently at here) sir. Now it is 10 after transfer now my boss is asking me orally to resign from my side before 31st Dec 2020 by requesting 3 months of notice by email to avoid any complicated actions against me by the management. Please advise me.
