I am planning to propose a regular 'interactive" learning session in my office and I need some good ideas what work-related topics I can line up for discussion. I need topics that will encourage my office-mates to open up and share their ideas and experiences and at the same time, will help create a good working environment for all of us. While your intent is good and your expectations from the initiative are laudable, I am a wee bit skeptical about how you can sustain the program and find new and relevant topics regularly. However having said that, I am sure with some careful planning, commitment of top management and some innovative approach you can make the program successful.
The programs can cover a wide range of topics including some of the following
Communication Skills - Email Etiquettes, Standardizing communication style, Grooming & Dressing Guidelines etc

Leadership needs to emerge at the grass-root levels and every vertical and domain have their own peculiar requirements. A planned series of discussions on Leadership can be very invigorating and engaging. You can go over from rudimentary 'Transactional Leadership' and its forms, to variations in features and aspects of 'Transformational Leadership'. Hi, This is a brilliant idea to have motivational and training programs in regular intervals. The topics suggested earlier are good and even more can be found. It would be better to select program which are more relevant to your organisational needs than generally popular topics. Another suggestion is to involve different core members or departmental heads for every different program. It would be more fun to have a different presenter every time. However you can work as a coordinator and help the presenter in his preparation or collection of relevant material. This will besides motivating everyone will help to get closer to every individual and improve your relations with them.
