hi all,
this is my first time,which i have giving Training role in my orginzation of enroll our employee for diffirenct course to improve their skills to develop them in current job,however if any one have like training plan of process from where i can start or a format of the plan.please let me know .due it's an urgent required.

Dear Nawal,
First of all trainer needs to have budget and draft a training calender for your staffs
[including all the dept] which includes Induction and Introduction
2nd TNI [ Training Needs Identification ]what kind of training s required for various dept and schedule in your calender for the same dept.
3rd Training Delivery [floor/classroom Training both]
After training Feedback on the same and TNA [ Training needs assessments]
After the assessments rank/grad the candidates!
Assessments happens regularly in a year quarter wise! Results/promotion for the same needs to be incorporated in the salary period as it motivates the staff.
Training is an ongoing process.....
