Here, you have to describe whether it is process, product, or behavioral training. Then, you have to mention the number of batches, their assessment scores, and OJT scores. There is something called a training dashboard, which is a one or two-slide presentation showing the attrition during training, the number of people released on the floor, the number of trainings conducted monthly, and training feedback scores. For behavioral training, it talks about the number of participants. Also, the final slide shows the training feedback scores given by the trainees for the trainer. All the best!
