i m working as a officer - HR & Admin, and i have not deeply knowledge about The Contract Labour Act 1972, just i come across one problem
i get order to hire a First and new Contractor, i want to know that what is the process of Hire a contrator, and what documents formalties have to be completed.

If the no. of labour is 20 or more then labour license is required or its okay with RC. And following are the requiements to be checked.

i want to know, first of all what should i do ( if i have to hired new contractor, then should we inform in labour office, or other legal formalities) is it neccessary to registration of hire any contractor.
