I got Interview call from Infosys, chennai for HR vacancy with them. Im presently working as an Asst. Manager - HR in an MNC. I hold 5 plus years experience as a HR generalist. Can i get an idea about the career ladder in HR in Infosys? Also, can someone give me an idea on the HR grades there?
They offered me Sr. Associdate - Team lead vacancy - Is this equal to a Sr. Executive vacancy?
Pls help.

I have completed my MBA in HR.Want to know which are the companies that could help us learn different HR operations like Recruitment,Training,Performance Appraisal.
I would like to learn all aspects of HR in span of 2 years.How is it for a fresher as Hr in Infosys.
There is hardly any info on the HR jobs at infy.
Anyone please Help
