I am working in outsoursing company, it could be very helpful if anybody suggest me, what are the documents should i attach for the joining kit so that it can be fulfil under CLRA Act, Shop Act , ESI Act, PF Scheme, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act etc.........

i don't thing so any act is linke with joining kit, normally maximum never gives joining kit accept pen, note pad pf forms etc...
if any act is involve pls do let me know.
in my co, we are giving,,,, good quality spiral binding book, 1 pen, 1 pencil, erazer, shapner, stapler, & pin, punch, 1 calulater, pf nomination form, office extn list, employee hand book, etc... rest all u can cordinate with him on one to one basis like about his email id, his v card etc...

For new joinee we have to give following documents as their joining formalities,
1) Form 1 Esi declaration forms if canditate appointed below 10000 salary PM
2) Form 2 Pf nomination forms
3) Form 13 For transfer, if the canditate want to transfer his previous accumulation to present establishment.
4) Form 11 For canditate who doesn't want to contribute for Pf.
