I am working with a payroll management company. Here, I am attaching the detailed procedure followed by me in regular operations as well as the MIS. Please go through the payroll process attachment, Joining kit, and MIS format. If you have any better ideas, suggestions, or if some of you are following different processes, please update them in the forum. If you would like to discuss anything, feel free to do so. This way, if I am following a lengthy process or if any of you have a better idea to complete the tasks, we can improve our operations.

Now, I got some useful information from you. I have a query regarding TDS... If we deduct PF, can we deduct TDS? According to my knowledge, TDS is deducted for contractors or professionals. Could you please clear my query?

yes you can deduct the tds...but you have to give the tds cerificate at the end of the financial year for all the four quarter.......
