Hi Everyone,
I have done my BMS (Bachelor of Management studies) from mumbai and i have worked in TCS as a US payroll specialist n worked on SAP.
I have got selected in Jamia Millia Islamia university in delhi for courses M.A in HRM and also MBA course which provides Major and Minor specialization.
MA in HRM batch is of 20-25people and MBA will be of 60people. I inclined to become HR manager.
Though i felt MA in HRM is better learning wise since its a 2yr HR course ...here many has adviced me to go for MBA in HR cuz in coporate world in long term perspective Brand name of being MBA is prefered more than doing MA in HRM.Also if anyone has idea about Jamia university as if which course is better ...ur advice wuld be valuable.
I have attached information abt both the courses
Please spare little time and advise me...

From value addition point of view... MBA would do better. I think MBA has got an edge over MA in the corporate world. I would suggest you to go for MBA. Regards, Shijit.

You should go for MBA rather than MA. Shijit has rightly mentioned that MBA is given more weightage over MA in corporate world. Regards, Vineet
