If one employee has already an IP No. under Maharastra code and from lat 6 months esi amt has been deposited in his account, Now he came to work WB and New company has been created another New IP aginst his name, means for same employee under West Bengal Code. Now he is not getting benefit as esic amont only deposited for 2 months against his new no. but employee wants to get benefit against his new IP No. Now we have to tranfer the fund form previous code to new code for getting the benefit immediately, since his previous company already paid 6 months ESIC amount against him. Means want to transfer fund from previous IP to New IP for same employee. What will be the procedure.
Please solve my problem immediatly.

Dear Monjita,
There was no need to open another IP for this employees, actually the ESIC portal does not allow entries for duplication. The employee can continue to use the old IP number only.
While creating the employee number @ WB(with new employer) the employee should have given the IP number (MAH) & used this number & map it on under your compnay's ESIC payments.
That could have solved the problem.

Me also faced same problem, in my previous company employer was deducted ESI contribution for two years from my salary, when i joined in present company i was submitted the my ESIC IP No. to my hr dept. but they are not continued the last ESIC IP NO. they generated new ESIC IP NO. i dont know how it possible. Present my contribution of ESIC amount deposited every month in new IP No. only. what is the solution to get my previous ESIC contribution. I agree with you, but now ask present employer to send a request to ESIC for transfer of contribution in old IP a/c,.

Since ESIC does not encourage duplication, the new ESIC account need to be cancelled. Visit your ESIC Office and submit an application stating the issue and asking them to transfer the amount of new account to the old account. Also download the details of the deposits made to the new account and submit the same in hard copy with the application. In the company's ESIC login portal , update the old account number immediately and start depositing in the old account number.
Also always ensure if new joinees have any old ESIC Number in past, as mostly they do have.

i agree with all your suggestions these all are before three years back but now a days ESI implemented many easy way and producures.
Like : example for the above case, If the employee or concern employer contact with Branch office they ask immediate question why don't take Smart card.
As per the ESI producure any employee fill up the FORM - 1 with in the 90 days he must be get smart card so, that he can join any concern in the overall india he will continous the same IP number for any concern.
So, pls contact with Branch office will your previous IP Number ( and also your previous employer may be declared you are left in the organization pls check that one )

If one employee has two IP no. under same code and employee has already issued smart card but esi amount has been deposited on another IP no, Now he had gone dispensary for treatment than officers told him you smart card has closed. but employer told him we are depositing contribution on another IP no. Now finally how to transfer all amount of ESI on my smart card.
Please solve my problem immediately.
