i working for an IT company based at Hyderabad as contract employee for 18 months period they have recruited us to work for client at there site and client is a government department and we have to work on one of the e-Governance project.
Now my issue is that my company has given me Appointment letter and they mentioned that my Consolidated salary is 11,100/- but they are not giving us salary slip even they are not making any kind of deduction in my salary like PF E.S.I . in future if got chance in some good company can i show my appointment letter as proof of my salary ..however i have my company salary account i can also show my account statement.
Please let me know i am very confused.!!!:confused:

There are few companies in India doesn’t provide salary slips yet specially when you work on a contractual basis, how ever as you said you can use your appointment/contract letter salary break up as a proof
Also you can explain this to the person where ever you appear for interview, still if they have a problem, then you may produce bank statement and you may also produce salary certificate which you have to obtain form your present employment while leaving the company or when the contract is getting over
