Respected Seniors,
I, newly joined in a mid sized US based Consulting Company. One of our Employee's is getting a take home of Rs 55,000.00(Fifty Five Thousand Rupees). He is the senior most employee, joined in 2007, holds an appointment letter for 4 lakhs per year. He is asking for last 3 months pay slip i.e for (Dec, Jan Feb). I tried my best and really confused with all the calculations (Monthly and Yearly). Since he wanted to apply for a home loan, he is forcing me a lot to get the pay slips at the earliest. His take home salary is Rs 55,000.i mean every month Rs 55,000 is credited in his bank account after all the deductions.
Could any one please help me in preparing pay slips for the months of Dec,Jan,Feb. It would be a big time help to me. Please help me.....................................

Dear Archana, If his salary is 4lac P.A .He would be getting only 33,333/- per month before deductions(PF,PT,TDs) but not 55,000 /-. pls chck it again.

If salary is mentioned in offer letter as 4 lac and his current package is around 6 lacs it means he got salary break up.Kindly check his salary break up letter.Its not so tough why are you taking so much Tension.Just check salary components and provide him accordingly with approval of senior management of Him.

Hi Lavika....Thanks a lot for your response. Our Employee said his current package would be around 7 lacs. Our Company generally follow the PF,PT and TDS on monthly basis. And i am a little bit confused with 28 and 31 days calculations. If you don't mind could you please prepare the salary slips for the months of Dec 2013, Jan 2014, Feb 2014.....and send me to

In India providing monthly salary slip is mandatory under the provisions of payment of wages act in which gross salary, allowances whatever paid with salary , deductions therefrom on any head and net amount paid is to be shown. There can be format as per convenience.
