Take all the necessary required details.
Find our KRA (Key Results Areas) and list them down, which can be measured. divide them in percentage and then rate them, you can measure the performance.
List down all the required potential evaluation criteria, like below and rate them from 1 to 10:
Job knowledge
Responsibility and Accountability
Patience Focus
Goal Orientation
Accuracy in work
Reporting & Administration
Creativity & Innovation in work
Decision making ability
Problem solving ability
Steadiness under pressure
Team work
Behavior towards subordinates
Ability to create positive impact
Grasping power
Personal image
Etc can add more ......
Calculate total of KRA and potential evaluation, more the score, better the performer.
