Employee engagement is not putting up some comedy show to lighten the heart and head of the employee.There are many events/programmers to take care of the stress. Employee engagement means initiatives that address the attitude, aspiration sand abilities of an employee to generate an emotional bond between the employee and the organisation so that he feels engaged and being part of the organisation, thus committed to it's values and goals. .
