Good Morning All, I have recently joined in a research and development company. I am asked to set up a policy for attendance and late coming. This work culture is quite different from IT and BPO and I am instructed to not impose any rules which distract the employee. I would like to know whether there are any separate policies and procedures for R&D (Technology) Company. I would be very grateful if someone can guide me on this.
