I need help or suggestion. I wanted to know that any company hold the HR Generalist salary based on recruitment when she has no rights for selection.
If she was join in March and her April's salary was in hold, no one give any notice before time when salary date was near at that day she got the mail after 7 O'clock. This is the right things?
(She was join at March as a HR Generalist. When she join at that time everyone told me recruit the employees fast at the day of join. After one week she asked I am recruiter over here? She is asked one girl who take her interview. She always gave diplomatic answer will give you work after some times first focus on hiring. Today she completed 2 months and she hire 2 persons in this company that is her personal contact. Total hiring 4, one is not perform good so he left the job and one is reference of one employee.
She got warning mail at 4th of may that your performance was not good in April month so this is the warning for 7 days that you can prove your self give performance. And than after no discussion with her and at the date of salary owner told me that your salary will be on hold. Reason that mail and you are not hiring but selection process is not given to her. So how can they judge the performance based on hiring just because they required immediate staff? Boss was told that you complete your all task just only one is not completed by you. So salary will be on hold. This is the situation. Please help)

Hello there,
Company has right to hold the salary subject to policy mention in the appointment or offer letter, but the above mentioned scenario is un-fair; and i guess most of the consultancies and start ups are now working on their employee profits which are used as a resources, we cannot blame them at those situations particularly when said performance indication.
it is never been delay, better to leave that job and search a good one, but don't forget to collect the NOC and documents.
