Though the software is not made in India we have designed the software to be internationally friendly for any country (example: Date Formats, National ID etc.). Additionally, since the software is written in Microsoft Access, anyone from any country can easily customize it to meet their needs using the Full Source version.

At this point, the program does not have Employee Self Serve. It is really designed to be used by HR Departments in Small and Medium sized organizations where they may be sharing access on a network with up to 5 HR Staff. We do have a version allowing restriction of data access by location in case there are different HR Professionals responsible for managing different locations, and a primary administrator that can see all data.
That said, the HR Data Manager is written in Microsoft Access and the Full Source Code version is fully customizable meaning the sky is the limit for modifications.
