I am working in a Healthcare based company & our strength is nearly 100.
I need to frame a HR policy for a confirmed, Trainees & contract employees and also consultants.
If anybody having the same kind of HR Policies & Manual and Offer Letter Formats.
We have Laboratory, Radiology, Consultants, Front Office Executive (Customer Care & Billing Executives) and Call Center Executives.
Please do help me in framing the HR Policies and Manual for my organization.
If possible send it to me or otherwise give me some ideas.
