we need your help for how to get first clients and where to search for jobseekers.

me too working as a freelance recruitment consultant and in the process of business dimensioning i ve interacted with some guys who have asked for free lance recruiter by posting their adds here on this portal.
To my surprise most of them are asking for a security fee/deposit/membership/franchisee fee etc which seems very unethical to me. even 10k is a big amount for me which was asked for.
I want to ask the seniors is this way consultancies make freelance recruiters work and if there exist any security and if so then for what?

As a part of my job i meet many consultants on a daily basis.
After a lot of discussion i came to conclusion that , getting a client is easy, but your profiles getting selected in the trick there.
Even though you send the best profiles in the industry ,If the Hr is not too close to you he will not select your profiles..
So,having the best relation with the Hr is the only best trick which can get your work Done.
