Dear All,

I am doing a job in one of the reputed MNC Company at Ahmedabd., I am in HR Department.

Now I make a project for KRAs. for all the departmens. I want to some help from you.

I want to prepare an effective KRAs for all the departmens. We have many departments like belows:

HR Department, IT Department, Purchase Department, Production Department, Control & Automation Department, Service (Customer Support) Department, Sales (Marketing) Department, Design Department, Account Department, R&D Department, OPT (Order Processing Team) Department, MRP (Material Resource Planning) Department, QA & QC Department, Tool Crib Department, Store Department.

I have individule responcibility for preparing KRAs for all the departments.

I have not so much ideas for this, If, any one have the ideas than please help me and guide for this amazing work,

Now, I prepared HR and Purchase departmen's KRAs. But, Now I want to some ideas for KRAs and activities under perticulars KRAs.

Hi Viral,
Key result areas, basically KRA's play vital roll at the time of performance reviews and Gap Analysis. Based on the KRA''s manager would review the employee performance, set rating and appraisal. For any employee KRA's are essential to know what is the roll He / She handling in particular designation. I hope this information would give you basic idea on KRA's.
Experts plz correct me if i am wrong.

Sir,
You are right. KRA's are also help when employee will need some training. But, I want to some basic ideas. I Prepared KRA of HR & Logistic Department. But, I don't catch some ideas for Sales, C&A Dept. & Design Dept. So, I need Help Please give me some ideas.
